The Dakota Alert MURS Vehicle Detection Probe Sensor is a long-range wireless driveway alarm designed exclusively for vehicles. Leveraging advanced MURS alert technology, it combines reliability with functionality, ensuring accurate vehicle detection without false signals from large animals or other distractions.

Upon detecting a vehicle, the sensor sends an alert signal to either the M538-BS or M538-HT transceivers, delivering clear audio messages like 'Alert Zone One', 'Alert Zone Two', 'Alert Zone Three', or 'Alert Zone Four'. Users can select from four different alert messages at the transmitter for monitoring multiple zones simultaneously.

Equipped with 5 channels and 38 sub-channels, interference from other users is minimized. The probe connects to the transmitter box with 50 feet of direct burial cable for discreet installation, and the MURS transmitter boasts a range of several miles back to hand-held or base station radios. This extended range allows for efficient monitoring of hard-to-reach areas.
