The B175M’s medium frequency offers an optimal combination of underwater coverage, extended depth range, and the capability to deliver clear and precise target returns in mid to deep water. This transducer excels at revealing fish at medium depths of up to 457 m (1500') while providing excellent bottom detail and fish-target separation. Operating at a frequency range of 85 to 135 kHz, it offers superior shallow to mid-depth performance.
The Tilted Element™ design ensures that the transducer is mounted almost flush to the hull, effectively correcting for hull deadrise by orienting the ceramic element horizontally. This guarantees maximum echo returns for accurate readings.
