We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policies below.
General Return Information
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- All returns and exchanges require pre-approval (Return Authorization / RA).
- Non-returnable items include iPods, software, hard drives, and accessories.
- You must request an RA number within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Once issued, your return must arrive within 30 business days of the RA issue date.
- Items must be returned in “as new” condition, with original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.
Restocking Fee
- A 20% restocking fee applies to opened items that are not defective (for example, if the item was used and then returned in perfect working condition).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Factory-sealed items returned within 30 days are not subject to the restocking fee.
Software & Open Box Items
- Software is non-returnable.
- Open box items cannot be returned unless specifically stated otherwise.
Defective Products
- Within the first 7 days: Defective products are exchanged at no additional cost.
- After 7 days: Coverage is provided under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist with manufacturer support if needed.
- Exchanges only; no refunds are issued for defective items.
- Serial numbers and reported defects will be verified before a replacement is shipped.
- If an item is returned as defective but tests non-defective, a minimum 1-hour labor fee ($75/hr) will be charged, plus the cost to replace any missing or abused items.
Special Orders
- Special orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable once placed and prepaid.
- If canceled prior to delivery, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
Damaged Shipments (Claims)
If your order arrives damaged, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.
How to Request an RMA Number
- Contact Customer Service at 469-574-0240 or submit an electronic request through your account.
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST.
- Requests are processed on the next business day.
After RMA Issuance
- Print your RMA number from your account and attach it to the outside of the package, next to the return address.
- Include a copy of your invoice inside the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided with your RMA.
Refunds & Replacements
- RMA for Credit (Refunds): Issued after items are received, inspected, and approved; applicable fees (such as restocking) will be deducted.
- RMA – Defective for Replacement: Replacement items are shipped after the defective product is received and verified, subject to availability.
Additional Notes
- Defective for Replacement (summary): Within the first week, defective products are exchanged at no cost. After the one-week grace period, we will assist you or direct you to the manufacturer for service.
