A three-paddle control provides one-touch seat-height adjustment, four-position back lock and tilt tension. Six-way arms, adjustable tilt tension and four back-lock positions let you adjust the chair to meet your specific preferences. Arms move up and down; in and out; and forward and back for enhanced ergonomic support. Synchronized tilt control provides reduced front edge rise while reclining. When desired, a convenient back lock prevents the back from reclining. Soft-touch armrest pads provide comfort and protection for desks or tables.
